Our building methods are up to 75% faster and more efficient than traditional ones, providing a new classroom in a matter of days.
We have previously completed buildings in as little as 15 working days. ‘Structuaral Insulated Panels' (SIPs) are our construction component of choice. These are manufactured, while ground works are in progress on site. Due to the design of the panels, and construction methods employed, no wet trades are used allowing us to offer a fixed price and time plan, and enabling planning around school terms to be maximised, reducing upheaval to busy education schedules.
We understand budgetary and deadline constraints. Our buildings are tough enough for classroom use - our ‘Parklex’ internal and external wall finishes are designed with anti -graffitti overlays and are proven to be extremely cost effective. We have special expertise in the design and construction of Day Nursery buildings. We understand the extra responsibility involved in creating a building for very young children. All our buildings are fully compliant with The Disabled Discrimination Act, Part M of Building Regulations and achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ accreditation.

WE -ARE -SUSTAiNABLE offers a complete turnkey solution - identifying your needs, designing your building, advising on planning consent, delivery and construction of your classroom.
There are a number of assessment techniques which allow whole-life costings for fundamental parts of the build process. It is now possible to demonstrate that using sustainable methods with higher initial costs, results in lower long-term ‘cost of ownership’, environmental impacts and greater long-term benefits. Demonstration of ‘actual performance in use’ may be necessary through EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates) or DECs (Display Energy Certificates):
